Our Ingredients

We use natural ingredients in all of our products, out of consideration for the earth, your wellness, and our peace of mind. For specific product ingredients, please view our shop listings.

Candle Care

We choose to use natural cedar wooden wicks in our candles. We love the way they crackle, and the wide flickering light they offer. When you light your MADERA candle for the first time, you may notice the wick needs a little extra attention. If you have trouble lighting your wick, try again, and remember that the flame will need to reach the wax.

If your wick appears charred after use, you may trim it by gently brushing the crackled edges away.

Do not leave candles unattended, or burn near flammable surfaces. Keep away from children and pets.

Shipping

We currently ship via Canada Post, to Canada and the USA, using the most economical option available. Products leave our studio within 3 business days.

Returns

We make a product we are proud of, and we put our heart into each and every small batch. If you are not satisfied with your MADERA product, please let us know. We accept returns of unused product within 14 days, and will offer you a 100% credit for future use or a refund of the product cost, minus the cost of shipment.
